Hello all. Monday will be our last day for Track & Field assessment. Remember, you need to be assessed on a throw (shot put, discus, or javelin) AND a jump (long/triple/high jump). As always, please remember to be changing for gym, as the weather is getting WARM!
Also, you should be finishing up your Influences on Food Choices reflection and continuing on to 'Reading Food Labels' and 'Fast Food Analysis' in your Healthy Eating booklet. If you have any questions or are struggling with anything, please let me know and we can get stuff figured out!

We are wrapping up our Growth & Development unit this week. Please ensure your projects are complete by the end of class on Wednesday. As discussed, if you wish to present your project to the class, you will have the time to do so after the Easter break.

A couple things for you this week:
We are back to our regular programming for Gym, so please ensure you're bringing a change of clothes, as it is mandatory that you change for Phys Ed. Failure to do so will result in a lower mark for the day and an alternate activity for you to do.
In Health, we kick off our new unit this week of Growth & Development, starting with a presentation at CCH this afternoon for the entire school. If you have any questions or concerns, please get a hold of me ASAP.

A general reminder to all students that you MUST be changing for Gym class, regardless of the activity. Failure to do so will result in a lowered grade for the day and an assignment to complete before being allowed to participate in class. Leggings are fine for Gym, but I expect you to be changed into something else afterwards, as it's an issue of personal hygiene. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to come chat!
